Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash).
  • Transaction info: the phones, meters, smartcards, betting IDs and amounts you top up — needed to deliver and audit transactions.
  • Device & log info: IP address, device, browser, and timestamps for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use your data

  • To deliver airtime, data, electricity, cable, and betting top-ups you initiate.
  • To secure your account and prevent fraud.
  • To send service-related notifications (we don't spam).
  • To comply with Nigerian law (NDPR, CBN, NCC where applicable).

3. Sharing

We share data with our top-up providers (telecoms, DISCOs, cable operators, betting platforms) only as needed to fulfill your requests, and with payment processors to fund your wallet. We never sell your data to advertisers.

4. Security

  • All traffic is encrypted with TLS.
  • Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — even we can't read them.
  • Sensitive credentials are stored in environment-isolated secrets managers.

5. Your rights (NDPR)

  • Access, correct, or delete your data — please reach out via the in-app support channel after signing in.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

6. Cookies

We use a single httpOnly cookie to keep you signed in, and a localStorage token as fallback. We don't use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Retention

We keep transaction records as long as required for accounting and regulatory compliance (typically 5 years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
