Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using 4BLMDATA VT (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria (or transacting on behalf of a Nigerian recipient) to use 4BLMDATA VT.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
• Provide accurate, current information when registering and updating your profile.
• One person, one account. Don't share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Wallet & funding

The 4BLMDATA wallet holds Naira (NGN) value loaded by you. Funded amounts are non-refundable to source, but unused balance can be withdrawn back to a verified Nigerian bank account, subject to KYC and processing fees.

5. Top-ups & bill payments

• Always double-check phone numbers, meter numbers, smartcard numbers, and betting account IDs before paying. We can't reverse a successful delivery to a wrong number.
• If a transaction fails on the provider side, we automatically credit your wallet back.
• Service fees, network fees, and provider surcharges (where applicable) are clearly shown before you confirm.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use 4BLMDATA VT for fraud, money laundering, financing illegal activity, or to abuse our infrastructure (including bulk scraping, bots, or chargeback abuse). Violations result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9%+ uptime but rely on third-party telecom and bill-payment providers. Service may be intermittently unavailable due to maintenance or upstream outages — we'll communicate when this happens.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, 4BLMDATA VT and its officers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your wallet balance at the time of the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
